The texture of this compared to other inexpensive brands is incredible, it's very soft and lightweight. It does show every bump and lump underneath because of the texture/weight of the fabric. As others have said, the arms are very long, I'm 5'4" and they are about 3" long for me. The cut is of the upper arms is very generous which is more important to me, it's not tight on my arms at all and the baseball style cut allows for freedom of movement. I usually buy a 2x but bought the 3x based on Amazons recommendation and it was just right to fit over my hips - it's about 54" at the bottom hem and a straight cut t-shirt (no waistline).
