I don't like the price. Seems ridiculous, but perhaps as laborious in manufacture as a large one, and I wanted a small one.Living solo, best use so far is to: 1) get it really hot, 2) drop in thick steak or burger patty, 3) place in air fryer at maximum temperature to cook meat from both sides. Also great for torching or searing steak or burger cooked sous vide. However, for me, it does not replace small, non-stick aluminum skillets for stove top use.If cooking for two or more, I'd suggest something larger. If you live alone and like to cook, it is worth considering.
